Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid AltForge plans (Pro and Lifetime). The free tool involves no payment and is not covered by this policy. Paid checkout is launching soon; this policy will apply from the moment purchases become available.

Merchant of record

When paid plans launch, purchases will be processed by a merchant-of-record provider, which acts as the seller of record for the transaction. Refunds are issued by that provider back to your original payment method, and eligible refunds are authorized without undue delay.

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. If you are within this period and are not satisfied, contact us and we will refund your purchase.

Digital-goods exception

Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal can end early for digital content if you expressly ask to receive immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Where checkout asks for this consent, supplying paid features immediately may reduce your statutory withdrawal right.

How to request a refund

Because purchases are handled by the merchant-of-record provider, the quickest route is to request a refund through the order confirmation / receipt you receive from that provider at the time of purchase, which links to its order-management and support process.

If you prefer, you can also email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request", including the email address used at checkout and your order number from the receipt. Eligible refunds within the 14-day window are honored without undue delay.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period unless you are within the refund window above.
